What if I forget my username and/or password?

Go to your BrightFi app and tap on “Forgot Username/Password?” Enter the last six digits of your Social Security Number or card number, as well as your mobile number. Take a selfie to re-verify your identity and now you can view your username and password and change them if you choose.

The demand for our new product has been tremendous. To help onboard our new customers we have temporarily paused new applications. We can't wait to welcome you to BrightFi so please check back in the future when we hope to reopen applications.
