What if I forget my username and/or password?

Go to your MyBrightFi app and tap on “Forgot Username/Password?” Enter the last six digits of your Social Security Number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number or card number, as well as your mobile number. Take a selfie to re-verify your identity and now you can view your username and password and change them if you choose.
