How do I cancel my account?

We’re sorry to see you go! But if you want to cancel your subscription and close your account all you need to do is call our Virtual Branch staff at 1-888-627-5407.

They will help you close your account and let you know what will happen next. If you have money remaining in your account, we can mail a check for the amount within 30 days. You will also be reminded to turn off direct deposits into the account, and to cancel all the bills or payments that are automatically withdrawn from your account like Netflix or your utility company. We will then close your account and start missing you!

The demand for our new product has been tremendous. To help onboard our new customers we have temporarily paused new applications. We can't wait to welcome you to BrightFi so please check back in the future when we hope to reopen applications.
