What We Do

How does BrightFi protect my personal information? To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include encryption, computer security protocols and secured files and buildings. We also maintain other physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect this information and we limit access to information to those employees for whom access is appropriate.

Definitions

Affiliates
Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.

Non-affiliates  
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies. BrightFi does not share with non-affiliates so they can market to you.  

Joint Marketing
A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. BrightFi does not share your personal information for joint marketing with non-affiliated companies.  

Other Important Information

For California Residents. We will not share information we collect about California residents with companies who are not affiliates, except as permitted by law, such as with your consent or to service your accounts. Among our affiliates, we will limit information sharing to the extent permitted by California law. You are not required to contact us for these elections to apply.


For Nevada Residents. We are providing you this notice under state law.
